Using the Sync Tool

The sync tool only supports Bots. Skip ahead for Sites.
The sync tool is a Discord bot that is designed to pickup purchase webhooks in your Discord webhook server. Get started by inviting the discord bot to your server here. In a channel that has your bot’s success webhooks, run /sync. If you run into issues, ensure that the bot has permissions to view the channel (check to see if you can see it in the member list to the right.)

Manually Importing

Manually adding items is only supported by Sites.
SupplyDrop lets you manually import items using the product link or SKU. This is useful if you have an item but you have no digital trace of it via a bot or in your email. Inside of a site group, click the + button in the top right hand corner. You will be prompted to enter a product link or SKU. Once you have entered the product link or SKU, click the “Find Item” button. The platform will automatically try to find details about the product and fill it in for you as seen below. Verify that the details are correct and click “Add Item”. The item will automatically be added to your inventory.
